$100,000 to Settle CA Emotional Support Animal Fair Housing Case

A California case last year involving fair housing was settled with the owner of several apartment complexes and rental homes agreeing to pay $100,000 to conclude a disability discrimination action involving emotional support animals. apparently the complaint started as an administrative action with HUD, where it was asserted that no exceptions for assistance animals were seemingly provided for....hmmmm......not ordinary case....................
